University lowered then raised my conditional offer
I got an offer to study at KCL Sept 2016 with AAA before Christmas, and then they sent me a nice letter to say that they had changed my offer to AAB yesterday after reconsidering my application,
(UCAS track was updated to the new offer and so was the KCL admissions website)
but today I received a new email from KCL to say that my offer had been updated AGAIN to AAA. Can they really do this? Did they make a mistake? because its actually pretty upsetting.

They can but they are supposed to explain why the mistake was made (and apologise ...and preferably grovel)
