It is yeah, lots of funny, smart, attractive guys at uni, most guys don't even get into the competition stage though due to fear and passiveness. You won't magically get laid, you have to make things happen.

Unless he's a dwarf even this shouldn't be a problem, while it is undeniable girls generally like guys who are taller (but not too tall) there are plenty who prefer guys who are only slightly bigger than them.

Whilst this is true, at the same time even if you didn't get laid at school/college (plenty didn't), chances are you will probably still get laid at university. It's not like if haven't gotten any by the time you're 16 you won't get any ever.

Those are issues in my opinion, if something stops you from living it's an issue. I think the problem here is quiet and shy. You don't have to be a decent, smart, funny guy to get laid when there's drink flying about, you just have to be vocal.
