Plank for 10 minutes.

You'll be too dead to overthink anything, actually you'll be thinking why you ever agreed to take advice from that knob on tsr that has made me so sore

Distract yourself! Do something productive or something you enjoy to fill up the spare time. Maybe you'll feel tired afterwards too and hence fall asleep. If not, go and see someone who may be able to offer specialist help and advice.

Well it is clear the underlying cause of your depression hasn't gone away. Just things have settled down after the stuff which caused your depression happened. So you will feel depressed until they underlying cause is sorted or you accept that it isn't going to be sorted and then try to improve your life and feel secure/happy/contented again. Just taking your mind off it and doing stuff doesn't do anything, but make it harder for you.
