I have a soft spot for reflection formulae. So this one for example:

\displaystyle \Gamma(z) \Gamma(1-z) = \frac{\pi}{\sin(\pi z)}

Even better, perhaps, as it contains all of mathematics:

\displaystyle \zeta(s) = 2^s \pi^{s-1} \sin\left(\frac{\pi s}{2}\right) \Gamma(1-s) \zeta(1-s)
