Applying for student loans

Does anybody know when you can start applying for student finance?? My college are awful and aren't even sure! I feel like it's really soon and want to get it done asap

Why don't you check the Unis that you have applied to on their website. I think applying for like bursaries and stuff happens in like March May but not sure!

I heard that you can apply as of next Monday (29th) but no-one seems very certain even the sfe and government websites are vague.
