Help with student loan progress

I applied for a student loan about a month ago. and for 12 days now my application has said "We have assessed your entitlement and you will be notified shortly", and nothing has happened.Does anyone know what's meant to happen next?
They're currently looking at your claim by the looks of things.

SF usually quote six weeks to process the initial paperwork.
