No form of 'in person partner sex' is. Different activities carry different risks and for most people, oral is "safe enough" without a barrier.

I infer that you are saying that people have unprotected oral sex a lot with people they have picked up in clubs ?

There is of course a very big difference between the chance you take with a woman you meet in a club or bar and the chance you take with a known prostitute who is sleeping with men who have shown a willingness to be reckless with their actions by having unprotected sex with a prosititute.

Some may say "It's just sex" but it is naive to believe that prostitutes don't enjoy at least some of the sex with their clients and orgasm during their meetings. I just don't know how he stomachs it when she comes home 'worn out'.

Yes, there is a big difference.

For one thing, someone to whom sexual health is vital for their work is rather likely to have far more check-ups and be consistent with condom use for casual / commercial partners than some random woman with a fraction of the number of partners.

Late news just in: prostitutes are people too.

You would never recognise the vast majority of them on the street or when you meet them outside of their work.

I have slept with over 1000 women the majority of which I paid.

I've lost count of the number of naive ,ignorant sex workers who have been wrongly informed that unprotected oral sex is ok and whom I've tried to and hopefully have put right on the subject.
