Easiest way to differentiate between poshos and non-poshos

Non-poshos will refer to their parents as "my mum" and "my dad", whilst low-tier poshos forgo the possessive pronouns and just say "mum" and "dad"
Extreme-tier poshos will regress to infantilism and say "mummy" and "daddy"

The difference between upper class and lower class legs

"Upper class legs are thin and have a kneebone equidistant between the hipbone and anklebone. Lower class legs, by contrast, were thick with a long thigh and short calf."

Someone called me a posho recently.

where do "mother" and "father" fit in?

Arrivistes who want to clothe themselves in what they think are the trappings of the landed gentry

Dickheads, basically
(edited 8 years ago)
ask about there favourite spirit

posho replies should include-
anything older than themselves
pappy van winkle
pure agave tequila
anything a bottle will cost more in a restaurant than non-poshos spend on a car or at the very least an months car expenses

non poshos replies-
glens vodka
non agave tequila
jack Daniels
anything thats age can be determined on fingers
restaurants won't serve it as it is that bad
You seem like the kind of guy to come on TSR when hammered and make a really random thread. I like you.

It's clearly as a kind of emotional powerplay.

Either they have a difficult family background due to abuse (which is fine since it's not the child's fault) so they haven't come to terms with the idea that 'Tracy' or whoever is their mum, or it's massive test to see how their parents will react, hence brattish.
