Hey,
I get really bad anxiety and I've got a phobia of being sick. I've always been fine on trains and everything and been so relaxed, but recently I've been getting panic attacks and I'm struggling to calm down.
Tomorrow I'm going to visit my boyfriend in Manchester (Euston - Manc Piccadilly 2h) I've done this journey like 5 times and I've always been fine, but I read online people get travel sickness from this train because it tilts. I'm now terrified for tomorrow, even though I've got the train before and I know there is a bit that tilts just outside of London and my stomach just tenses for a second and then it's fine, but now I'm even more stressed and it's an hour and a half until the first stop so if I really panic I can't even get off
I'm planning on getting some travel sickness tablets just to mentally sooth myself and reassure, is there anything I can do to prevent any ill feelings, even just mentally :P
