A person with what profession would you most like as a partner?

Weird question, but I was just debating with my sister what profession would be most/least desirable in a partner/spouse.

Any preferences/dislikes? The reasons for your decisions would be interesting as well
Furthermore, be as politically incorrect as you like. Stereotypes are welcome. This isn't meant as some highly intellectual, post-modern debate.

I'd say:

Most: General Practitioner (free health consultations  Very practical)
Least: Any type of artist, as in actor, painter, poet, etc. (Too emotional, sensitive and erratic)

As long as they aren't a prostitute, escort, hit man or a drug dealer then I don't care what profession they are in or if they have a rich wage or not. If it were up to me though, I would love to be with a guy who works to help animals so either a vet or an animal rescue worker - something like that

Would that be the best/worst?
It would probably be from the list of typical Indian professions tbqh.

I don't really mind as long as there is an ambition and it's respected. Although, thinking about it now, I would stay away from doctors...

I tend to be attracted to teachers, support workers, people who work in the charity sector etc.

No it isn't.

Discussion of specific moderation actions is, as they should be discussed in AtCT, posting publicly generally leads to misrepresentation.

You can criticise moderation if you want to, it helps if it's constructive. Obviously, insulting the site's staff or volunteers isn't going to go down well though.
Police Officer.

Dunno why, I've never seen an unattractive police woman.

Best: A doctor or a lawyer. In life we'll need both of these at some point, so it helps if there's someone in that family that's familiar with some areas already.

Worst: A soldier who's away overseas for long periods of time. I'd hate to be left behind by myself for ages, not ever knowing if they'll make it back in one piece.
Chef, obviously. I'd never be asked to cook and all the food we'd eat would actually be held to standards.
