En Espana hay mucho gente que tome una siesta corta durante a primera hora de la tarde. Según a el internet, siestas son considerados tener la tradicion en Espana. Es una tradicion porque el clima es muy caliente que puede causar cansansio por lo tanto gente en Espana tome una siesta corta sentirse major. Creo que su tomado despues la comida del mediodía. Una ventaja de tomar una siesta es que reduce el estrés cardiovascular y también aumenta la productividad. En mi opinion, pienso que tome una siesta corta es ideal para una buena salud.

No its meant to reduce cardiovascular stress.
Are you sure because i used a translator for some of the vocab.
