So next week concludes the last round of assessment centres for the graduate programme, it's going to be a long and anxious wait for results, for me personally :afraid:.

I thought we might get results mid March if we were lucky but it seems that they wrote on their Facebook page the following:

"We will use the email address registered on your account to issue you with your stage 3 results and feedback on 31st March 2016."

Now that is late March indeed lol.

Hope everyone performed to the best of their ability at the AC

It will indeed be a long wait! I'm glad we will be getting our feedback on the last day of March. I didn't perform that well, but I would really like to read the feedback so I know what I need to do for next time.

Yeah getting the feedback on the same day will be great, especially if I'm unsuccessful - would like to see where I went wrong specifically.

I'm sure you did better than you think!

I hope so! :colondollar:

Yes, from the previous year's thread I read the feedback is quite good and useful.

So whats the dilemma, go for HO job, and if later successful in TSP, you will be able to move to that on a higher grade pay which is even better!

Band T pays less than HO. Well for the first two years it does.

I have been offered a HE role, which is an O grade. The dilemma was unsure whether to accept the role whilst awaiting the outcome for TSP or any further opportunities following TSP for a HO role.

HO pays more than TSP, initially.

Hi
This may be a stupid question. Keep seeing people talking about stage 2 results in percentages, where can I find this score? All I have is successful and invite to assessment centre, no scores. Seen someone mentioned "feedback tab", really can't find it anywhere :frown:
Help please!

I never got any feedback for stage 2, I don't think anyone else has either. Perhaps they were referring to the stage 1 sift results?

Just finished the AC today. Was funny to see the new candidates arriving as I was leaving. Looked just like I did yesterday...scared!!! I quiet enjoyed some of the scenarios. At least not that long a wait to find out the results.
Thanks for the update. Lol, I didn't get that pleasure as my AC was Thu-Fri . It certainly was a good experience and I quite enjoyed the scenarios. The group exercise was my least favourite I have to say. It's impossible to know how I did or what they're looking for. Just hoping I get offered something. Ha ha I'm already thinking the wait is torture. Only 4w+1d to go... :s-smilie:

My AC feels like a lifetime ago now, happy that it's March and can start the countdown. Altho I had another assessment centre today for another scheme and didnt go great, I now feel like there's no hope for me ever getting a decent job!

Try not to think the worse, although difficult at times. Hopefully you hear back from the one you did today soon.

I think I remember you saying yours was a while ago. I'm secretly hoping the date they have given us is the worst case scenario and we get told sooner. They've been pretty good thus far.

Thanks, should hear back by the end of this week actually although I'm 99% sure of result already. Yeah was one of the first ones. I hope so too!

Gosh yeah, I just saw that, the wait is going to be even longer :s-smilie:.

Curious to the reason as to why it's been delayed.

Ah no way! Well at least they're telling us now and not the day before, that's the worst!
Yep, better we know now I guess. Still a little gutted. It says around the 11th - hoping that means at the very latest! :colondollar:

Not sure if Easter plays a part in the delay @Unemployed.

Those who have been offered a provisional offer for the Hidden Economy role - what do you plan to do? I was betting on a response for TSP by the time a formal offer was sent out.

@SarahGrad777 - did you get a response to your email?

Accept the Hidden Economy offer which is at Grade O (Officer) if your successful at TSP you can then accept that offer which is at a higher grade and therefore considered to be a promotion, this would still be the case if you get offered any other position which is higher than Hidden Economy.

Look at it this way. TSP starts in September, so assuming you don't take up Hidden Economy which starts in April you are just depriving yourself of £2,000 odd pounds a month (£10, 000) and of course an opportunity to get started on HMRC foundation modules before September. Unless of course you really don't want the Hidden Economy job even if you don't get the TSP.
Thank you for the advice @goodasfidem. Not confident I will be offered anything on TSP tbh but if I am, didn't want to take the opportunity away from someone else to do HE role or miss HMRC around. Also, if I do accept, would they still offer me a HO role if unsuccessful with TSP?

HE role sounded pretty good and think I would enjoy working in that department.

The 11th of April! What a wait it will have been. I am curious as to why they need to push the date back.
It is a very long wait and I am too curious to understand why it's been pushed back. It is quite a deviation and makes it hard to make plans. I would prefer to be notified if accepted / rejected and feedback separately if it meant we found out sooner, as they appear to have in previous years according to forums. They only waited a few weeks last year :frown:
