Further maths or technology for engineering courses

Im about to pick my alevel choices, and im quite interested in engineering, only currently im not certain in a particular type. Perhaps civil or structural, maybe even chemical. At the minute im thinking of choosing maths physics and chemistry but im not sure on my final choice. Ive heard that alevel further maths can greatly help you in UNI courses for engineering. Im expexting an A grade in both choices in my GCSEs. I love all the CAD and hands-on aspect of technology but I also like all the mechanics and applied maths.
Really just asking at people who have did engineering courses and which would benefit me most?
Further maths

Definitely further maths. Technology is not necessary at all and further maths is far more beneficial.
Further maths, applying for civil myself though not doing further.

Is it really neccessary though? I mean i dont dislike further maths but id say just overall technology would be more fun. I do however still like further maths. Would i be alright without doing it?

Yes you don't need further maths to go to most unis. Prob will need it to impress Oxbridge, I've gotten all five offers accepted which ranged between BBB-A*AA without it.

Further maths. Many RG Universities will frown upon the Technology A-level, whereas further maths is arguably the most advisable subject choice for an engineer (bar physics)

Most RG unis wont care which one op has, even though I agree fm would be more beneficial
