How much do you get paid in your part-time job?

Following on from a post from a few years ago I was reading - don't think this has been done for a while, please correct me if I'm wrong! :h:

(stores aren't always that upfront with how much they pay their staff)

Job Title: Sales Advisor
Number of hours: 16
Hourly rate: £8/h
Bonus:
- 25% of base pay p/month for hitting 90% of target
- 1.25% of base for every 1% over the target, until 112.5% target
- 25% of quarterly (3 month) base pay for hitting 93% Customer Service feedback rating
(I hit both consistently)
Benefits:
- Discounted phones
- Staff Phone + free unlimited sim plan
- Ability to trade holidays for cash
- Bike to work scheme
- Pension, other misc. benefits
Method of application: Online app > Video Interview > Face to Face interview

Previously worked at O2 for 6 months, started working there at 16 years old then got the above job at 17.

Sleep in rate of 4 hours wage.
Applied to every job going and took the first one to get back to me haha!
Lots of hours - approx. £12,000 per annum

Free carrier bags - did get a lot of free carrier bags in a mad rush before the 5p charge as they were handed out liberally.
First pick of reduction items as the people doing reductions ask us if we want any
Gym discounts and other discounts like cheaper valeting at stores

Not necessarily. The minimum wage for 16-17 year olds is only £3.87.

Not really. I always bring my own bag so I don't get carrier bags (aka a university open day bag) and I charge everyone 5p. Only had to get a carrier bag once when I left my bag at home .-., so it's not every time I go shopping there.

I think the charity donations that I do with some of my spare change counteract it anyways.

Depends on the store, how much volume it normally gets and on the time of year. And it's usually a combo of phone contract, sim only contract, mobile broadband contract and accessories.

An independent cinema (there are 4 cinemas all run by one family in different cities)
General assistant (I work as an usher, on retail and on the bar)

Number of hours employed per week?
Roughly 15 per week but up to 30 in school holidays

Hourly rate?
£5.30 an hour

Any other benefits?
Unlimited free tickets for myself, 12 free tickets for friends and family every 3 months.
Free movie posters
Getting to watch some films before they've been released

How did you hear about the job?
Facebook page. I had it liked whilst the place was being built so I knew when it would be finished so I could go there but then they advertised for jobs so I thought I would apply.

Why won't you name the supermarkets? Would really help others who might be looking for jobs to get a feel of how much different companies pay. That's kind of what this is all about tbh

are you joking? i can tell youve never had a job hahaha, you cant name where you work for legal reasons when you sign your contract, doesnt take a genius to figure that out. If you need a job, apply to as many as possible and just be grateful if you get one. its not just about the pay and if thats all you think it is about then you need to reevaluate why you want to start working.
