Problem regarding offers

I have received two rejections and two conditional offers. I have one decision pending. Is there a chance of my conditional offers getting lapsed if I delay in sending my reply to them ( because I am waiting for the pending decision)?

Not in the least. You cannot respond to any offers until all universities have replied. This is the system Ucas has always used and universities know perfectly well how it works.
