I think this is basically it, I don't think environmental factors contribute to nipple size.

Interestingly enough it seems races from warmer climates tend to have larger nipples

Because they were eating pancakes and then they stuck them on their actual nipples, but the pancakes were magic and fused into their skin.
There you go, that is the exact reason some people have big nipples.

It's mostly genetics. Thank your parents. I think big nipples are great, so rock on. They will likely get bigger and darker with hormone changes like those that occur with pregnancy. So, enjoy your body just the way it is. Breasts are a very beautiful part of you, so celebrate what you have.
