My girlfriend and I are both going to the sane uni in September and we want to live together. What options do we have if we want to live close to or on the campus?

The easiest way to guarantee you'll be together is probably student housing and get a house together. You may still need to get a room each but if you get double beds obviously which bed you actually sleep in is up to you. You could possibly also apply for the same halls of residence though this is less guaranteed you'd be together and you might end up with single beds depending where you apply.
