I know it's very last minute to ask this (I have to give in my choices on Monday) but I'm having second thoughts.
So far the choices I am certain of are double maths and biology. The other slots will probably be taken by 2 of the 3: Chemistry, Physics, Economics.
I want to do something either in the field of medicine on neuroscience and for these I need biology and chemistry. I do have interest in economics, however I'm not sure it's that relevant to my desired career paths. The problem is I have a mixed relationship with physics; some parts I naturally excel at, but my recent mock exam and topic test results have been B throughout this academic year. Chemistry I feel there are some areas that I find boring and I dont really understand which is why I've been getting As and Bs, however I think this is probably because I have a bad teacher who I dislike and this stops me from applying myself. Due to my natural flair in physics I think it would be a good idea to do it for AS, incase I have any second thoughts and want to go into a more physics driven field such as engineering, but this is less likely than the careers stated above.
This would lead me to wanting to take double maths, biology, chemistry and physics for AS. The problem is this is a huge workload and due to my doubts in my abilities in chemistry and physics I'm not sure whether I'll be able to handle it.
Has anyone had experience with taking triple science? If so, how confident were you when you started and how well did you manage?
Quick replies would be greatly appreciated.
