Grading and Credits
Wasn't sure where to ask this, so I'll post here.
Grades: If a project is 20% of the whole mark and you get 80%, do you get 80% out of the 20 (so it's 16)? Or do you get the whole 20% just because you didn't fail.
Credits: If you get a 70% grade for a module, do you receive 70% of the credits (7 out of 10) or do you get all 10 for passing?

Yes you get 16 in that case. You get all the credits for passing
As clairestelle said, although occasionally you may have assignments which are pass/fail, in which case a pass would get you the whole 20%
