Hi OP I don't know if this is going to be helpful, but maybe try something like the patronus. So maybe try to get some positive energy, so if you are religious maybe a prayer or a mantra or something. Or maybe try meditating so you feel more calmer and positive. Or maybe see if you can stay around a friends house.
