LOL no ur parents are artists right ? So tho it kinda makes sense ur very good at english. Ur amazing maths skills are pretty much a mystery

My dad did do maths O level early and I think advanced O level also..dunno how hard that was. My grandmother did a number crunching job, can't remember exactly what; I guess sums =/= maths but still...
I would definitely hesitate to describe my maths skills in such a way but thank-you.. :colondollar:

Mother - care worker
Father - warehouse operator (or chef, I haven't really asked)

No idea how much they earn, but could probably guess.

Dad passed away a while back and my mom is currently undergoing a PhD.

Prior to this, it was:

Dad
- Regional VP Engineering at an O&G company (£140k)
Mother
- HR Manager for the local government (£35k)

Wow! What's O&G? Your parent's death must have been a hard hit at your mom's finances. :/
Dad: ~£12.5k a year as a chef at an Indian restaurant. Indian restaurants are so crap in terms of paying people a decent wage.

Mum: stays at home

my dad runs his own consultancy business from which he makes around £80k per year. He also does work for the IoD and CIPD I think? And he has some income from a book he wrote a few years ago, income varies but generally a further ~ £500 per month.

people didnt want to pay up. i used to do cash in hand work for a solicitor who worked from home and she specialised in elderly clients and she had that much trouble getting her clients to pay up, she had to liquify her company
