Gave it a go on a calculator, no luck.

Actually it will be simpler if you work out how much pizza you can get for £1 for small and large.

E.g. if a large pizza costs £5 and measures 120 square inches then £1 of pizza gives you 120 ÷ 5 = 24 square inches.

Try this with your values and then see which deal gives you more for £1.

£1 gives me 9.61625 from the small pizza
£1 gives me 11.304 from the larger pizza

The larger pizza is more cost efficient
