Well that's already happening in Germany they have an ageing population so need migrants to fill jobs in manufacturing they offer on the job training in manufacturing - No wonder then people are risking their lives to get there. And It's a no brainer the more skilled people in a country the easier employers can get away with paying less

I doubt the long term viability of such a policy. In ten years time manufacturing will probably be so automated that people are recieving basic income as low skilled labour becomes automated. People in Europe laugh and snigger in their classic holier-than-thou way about how Japan is heading for a demographic crisis, but I think they will be having the last laugh in their quiet and very dignified way.

The best places like Silicon valley are very multicultural, but they've done themselves a favour and taken the best slice of cake, mother Europe is a bit of a sloot

On the face of it, yes. But think about what should happen. Those currently using their wealth to pay traffickers to reach the EU will be put off because they can now expect to be returned straight back to Turkey - thus throwing their money away for no benefit and a risk of death.

People will know that those who remain in Syria will be automatically at the head of the queue for getting in to the EU, and that every time someone is caught and returned they step up the queue.

In due course we will be returning very few as the horde will have stopped the attempt.

The average Syrian doesn't speak German - a few words of English at best. He doesn't have a degree, and even if he has one, Syrian degrees are not worth the same as Western degrees.

No, they don't need cheap labour on their soil. Their cheap labour is found in Eastern Europe, where German companies have moved their lower skilled tasks. The tasks of conceiving, designing, marketing, engineering, and assembling the final product, have however stayed in Germany. None of these tasks requires low skills. Syrians won't find jobs there.

Germany imports dozens of thousands of high-skilled engineers from Latin and Eastern Europe every year to work in their industry for that. They don't need Syrians.

Unemployment (except in the former GDR) has almost vanished in Germany, resulting in a budget *surplus*, as the State doesn't have to give unemployment benefits and pay dozens of thousands of social security employees.

However, they are going to ~~spend~~ spoil this surplus to accommodate their refugees, instead of investing it on their pensioners. :rolleyes:

It is rather more likely that a significant proportion of them think (as plenty in the Calais camps did, when interviewed on TV) that they will be given free housing and fed plentifully.

I maintain that it's an awful deal (and hardly the death blow) and stand with Cameron and the eastern Europeans in keeping this third world horde away.

As for the UN i rate them as meaningless. A body which gives a voice to Russia and North Korea is not one in which i would obey.

It is time we changed our law. It has been overtaken by events. Asylum law was intended to protect small numbers of individuals fleeing persecution by their governments. It was not intended to stop mass migration, nor was it intended to prevent or mitigate whole peoples from harming themselves. It certainly wasn't intended as a bolt-hole from civil war.

As things stand the so-called asylum-seekers seem to bring significant risk of harm to those aiding them, and put the receiving country at risk of being overwhelmed.

Asylum for masses should go the way of sanctuary for individuals - out.

Europe's bleeding heart will be the cause of its downfall.

WHAT ABOUT OUR PEOPLE? this is not good for us, it's destructive and we've already had to tolerate nothing but mass immigration that none of us wanted.

Racism is not justified. And your last sentence doesn't make sense. No sensible person is pro racism so the term 'Anti racist' in this sense is problematic. It is not like those of us that think illegal migrants/refugees should be turned back and that are against mass immigration are racists. It is just the most logical position to take for the well being of European people (and to some extent legal and genuine migrants/refugees)

This is even more reason why European politicians have failed their people. People have started to think racism is justifiable.
