I think it is hard to be optimistic today, but I think it makes you happier than being a pessimist. It irritates me when people say to keep your expectations low so that you won't be disappointed. I think it's OK to be disappointed sometimes, because then when things meet or exceed your expectations you will be even happier. :smile:
