How far away from first period...

Symptoms
1) Frequent back pains
2) Sometimes sudden lower cramps (not often, mind)
3) Growing pains
4) Smelly feet? ( heard this could be to do with hormones)
5) Mood swings???
6) AA bra ( although signs of further (QUICKER) development is showing!)

The back pain, cramping low down and mood swings are all symptoms of PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome), so it's possible that your first period is on its way. Perhaps you could wear a liner just in case :h:

How old are you?

Your next period could be on the way, however you could be assuming every little thing is indicating it is. Wear a liner and carry pads around to be safe, maybe tell your mum what's going on if you haven't already.

It lasts for a couple of days I think. It's been years since I've had it, I get all the horrible pain during my period now.

I am about 12 1/2. Thanks for all your helpful advice by the way guys. Yea, maybe i will wear a liner. I have a pad in my school bag, i put it in a few days ago. :h:
