You only get the talent you pay for. If you pay less money for such an important service you are only inviting trouble. I don't think its a good idea to pay junior doctors less money. It will attract less intelligent people into the profession.

Do you find their job role interesting?

Yes I think so. I don't think they do talk much. Everyone is very busy on the ward. Mostly they communicate "in the notes" lol

So a doctor will make an entry referring to a dietician. And then a dietician will make an entry. And then a doctor will follow that advice. Sad, but true.

I wish they would talk more to me! lol

Pikachu- Really? Have you ever seen pokemon or played it? Or are you just choosing the ones your know?
Charizard- Alright pokemon. But like above do you only know the originals/ most famous ones and choosing them
Blastoise- Pretty good pokemon. The same can apply as above.
Zapdose- Meh- legendary. Its ok.
Diglett- Pretty surprising actually. Why this pokemon?
Snorlax- Alright pokemon. But like 3 of your other pokemon, I feel like people who doesn't know anything about it would choose this.

But anyway, well done on becoming a junior doctor!

Excuse me but I have the entire pokemon base set including a charizard shiny first edition. I played Red, Yellow and Gold. And I watched the TV shows. I liked Pokemon when it was GOOD. lol

And i could use my snorlax to like block roads and sit on my enemy's houses.

I think its been going downhill slowly after the first one. But after Platinum it went downhill rapidly.

I would say 4-5 of your pokemon is the "Average team" that most people would choose. But im guessing you only really know the first gen pokemon and some others.

My team would be:

Pidgeot/ Staraptor
Sceptile
Arcanine/ Ninetails
Lucario
Swampert or some other water type
Some small pokemon.
