Reaction of Alcohols

I really got no idea what's happening for the following reaction, someone help?

Balanced equations for following reactions:

1. butanal + Tollen's reagent with heating
2. methanol + H2SO4/K2Cr2O7 reflux
3. 2-methyl-butan-1-ol + hot conc H2SO4
4. 2-methyl-butan-1-ol + H2SO4/K2Cr2O7 distilling the product
5. propanone + Tollen's reagent with heating.

I think for 5, its no reaction as its a ketone and hence, cant be oxidised, but not sure.

Thanks!

OK, so for 2, i got

2K2Cr2O7 + 3CH3OH + 8H2SO4 = 3HCOOH +11H2O +2Cr2(SO4)3

is this fine?
