C2 Circle area question help

Can anyone help me with this question?

I honestly have no idea where to start...

So far I'm assuming I have to use the area of the whole circle and subtract the larger area obadc?

Indeed. It's possible by workplace's firewall has blocked the image. @TeeEm, do you see it?
