Masters in Sociology at the University of Bristol

Hello,

I am Canadian, and I have been accepted into University of Bristol's Masters in Sociology program. From what I have researched, it seems like a good university. Can someone please confirm this? I would also like any input on how good their sociology program is. My first choice was University of Glasgow's Masters in sociology and social research program but I wasn't accepted.

I've moved this to the Postgraduate Applications forum where it will hopefully get an answer :smile:

Have a look around the forum and in the stickied threads to see if there's anything useful to you. Similarly have a look in the University of Bristol forum to find fellow applicants (although it's unlikely you'll find anyone from the same course - TSR doesn't attract that many postgrad students and the courses tend to be a lot smaller anyway)
Bristol is an excellent UK Uni for Social Sciences. Good modern facilities and Faculty with cutting-edge research interests.
