Question about reaction forces M1

if an object is on an inclined plane and the plane is rough then there'll be a reaction force, resistive force and a coefficient of friction.

if the plane is smooth then is the reaction and resistive force included or not?

If it is smooth then the coefficient of friction is 0
So the resitive force of the plane is zero
However there is always a reaction force as Newton law states every action force has an equal and opposite reaction force.

Reaction force will be there but no resistive frictional force.

okay so friction applies whether the plane is rough or smooth?

but i thought the definition of smooth meant not friction?

Yes I should have made it more clear perhaps. I was referring to specifically the frictional force.
