Durham/Notts/Bristol/Bath are all on par in terms of employer interest and numbers represented, KCL is slightly lower but still a semi target.

Unfortunately, yes. But if it were me, I'd choose to study CS at a semi-target knowing that my course is much more interesting and rigorous than IMB at UCL where I'd get bored fairly quickly. You have to compromise somewhere and for me that would be the course.
