I do the same to myself sometimes. It's hard not to beat yourself up about something. The fact that you're predicted all As shows that you're intelligent and capable. Unfortunately we can't get what we want, we can despair about it or we can work hard to try and get it next time through hard work and determination. (If it's something achievable that is, something's are unattainable...but c'est la vie).

In the case of philosophy, maybe meet with your teacher and ask them why you haven't scored and A, then work on those problem areas.

Also, don't freak out and let yourself be consumed by self-doubt. You've gotten As before so don't doubt your ability. (We all stumble).

Ja, ich weiß, dass Noten sind nicht alles, aber ich habe nicht so viel in meinem Leben erreicht also sind Noten im Moment sehr wichtig für mich. Ich glaube nicht, dass Noten ein Person definieren, aber sie sind immer noch ziemlich nötig in unserer Gesellschaft.

I believe we have a parent's evening next week (but because of my age it'll just be a ... me evening ) so I can ask my philosophy teacher about it there hopefully.
