Well my paternal grandparents had about 36 grandchildren altogether.. So the answer's probably over 50

As big as my D - i have no family
Well i have 13 aunties and uncles from my mums side
And 13 aunties and uncles from my dads side
Cousins way too many
Deffo more than 100!!
Only close to a few of them (cause most are abroad )
