What are you asking? They're basically equal in terms of prestige, but obviously there are differences in course structure and location.

Location wise I would much prefer Sussex because I live in London, but I'm still not sure because the graduate prospects are very similar. And I'm not too fussed about the student satisfaction rating. Are you aware of any of the differences of the course between the two universities?
