I saw that post and got a little excited. My random guess is that they will probably send out over the next couple of weeks but we cannot contact them before the 11th April. They have done this at the other stages. Depending on how long it takes to verify the results.

Keeping my fingers crossed.

On their Facebook they said today they're preparing stage three results for issue! Surely this wouldn't take four weeks! Maybe we will hear sooner than we think!
Glad I'm not the only one that noticed the slight change in language and got quite excited!

It sounds like (if I've read Facebook correctly) that we will be told if we've met the 'standard', but won't have been actually matched to locations yet - so there is presumably still a chance that we can pass but not be offered a spot in one of your preferences. Wait and see!
At my AC, they said we would be notified if we have been successful, reserved or unsuccessful. This is what they have also done in past years according to the forum. The placement / location appears to always be issued after but they must have a good idea prior to emailing us or those who have passed will be left in limbo for weeks. That would be further torture. I do hope that is not the case.

I am eager to find out but will be terrified to open the email when it finally does arrive.

How did you guys feel your assessment centre went? This was my first time and a lot of people in my assessment centre had been before so I had no idea what they were looking for when it came to each exercise! Does anybody know from previous years feedback what they were looking for?
Urgh this is definitely some sort of final torture test!

As a distraction, how did you all find the AC? Obviously without giving anything away in terms of the assessment. I actually really enjoyed it strangely. There was a nice sense of comraderie with most of the other candidates. Lawress Hall is lovely and the food was spot on.

I really enjoyed the AC! I went there like literally wanting to be sick I was that nervous but it was actually pretty fun! I was at Warwick and the hotel was really nice! Ive never been somewhere before that had a 'Pillow Menu' It's just so hard to know how I've done because I genuinely don't have a clue what they're looking for.

I can see things I could have done better, but overall I feel I did well. As you say, it's hard to know exactly what they are looking for and I don't know how well everyone else did. So I have no idea where I will fall on the scale of successful, reserve, unsuccessful. It was a good exerience though. Wish I'd been less tired after day 1 and could have socialised a bit more or taken advantage of the pool though! I'd be pretty pleased if I got sent there for training in the future!

Whilst I feel I did well personally, I did feel a bit out of my depth compared to other candidates who were internal or older and seemed to know much more. So since the assessment centre I've tried to assume I won't get an offer so that I won't be too disappointed if I don't! That's cool you had a pool! We didn't
As another poster mentioned, it's hard to tell how any of the tasks went without knowing what the assessors are looking for.

Does anyone else feel like the Facebook page is constantly contradicting itself?

I feel like a lot of the updates are automated - they keep posting the "Please note I have been informed that the TSP/Interns 2016 Stage 3 Results will now be issued around 11th April 2016" even though we've had 2 updates since then - results were being collected and verified, and they are now being prepared for issue.

There's also a bit of a conflict between "around 11th April 2016" and "by 11th April 2016". It's frustrating - I'd rather they just said, 11th April at 12PM for everyone, even if it meant waiting a little longer.

I agree :frown: I hope that the "Please note I have been informed that the TSP/Interns 2016 Stage 3 Results will now be issued around 11th April 2016" message is just an automated message.

Whenever I see there is a flurry of activity on this thread, my heart jumps into my mouth.

From my experience of recruitment so far 'by' pretty much equates to 'on' unfortunately.

I agree the post today contradicts the one posted yesterday, but today's one is an automated response. If that's the case it is 11th, not sure why they would re-word it and tell us they're being verified for issue. Surely it cannot take 3.5w to do this. This is awful :frown:.
I guess it depends on what verifying involves. It's nearly Easter now so more people will be on leave next week I'd imagine and again the week after.

I already feel a small adrenaline spike when I log into civil service jobs now despite all that, just in case!
Hello all any updates for HO posts yet ? Any one got interviews ? Ta
Anybody Apply for the Internship I had a reply back yesterday, offering me a provisional offer not in my 1st choice but can't really complain.
Well done Joey!

Well done Joey!

Thank you!
Bloody hell, I saw "Well done Joey" sitting on it's own on this page, didn't realise you lot were talking about the internship, and had a mini heart attack!
