Whats the least amount of sleep u could survive on longterm?

For example could you fully function sleeping 4hrs pet night for a whole month? These days I need 6 at an absolute minimum to function and even then I wont be fully functional.

Depends, if I had things to do everyday that I had to wake up for, then 4 hours each night would be fine for me. If I knew I didn't have anything the next day then no matter what you do I wouldn't wake up before at least 7 hours. It's a mental thing with me
4 hours is my minimum usually, i do prefer to have five tho :s-smilie:

I usually get about 4 on a good night

5.5 I could probably just get by on mentally, by which I mean, 5.5 hours of actual sleep, not 5.5 hours between lights out and my alarm (that'd be often more like 4.5-5). I'm sure I could physically *survive* on less, but I've been there and it's not very pleasant. I aim for at least 7 hours a night, though, and even then I feel tired.
Adderall my friend. (....taken for medical reasons only of course)
5 hours.
Normally I get around 6-7 hours sleep so I don't think 5 will be too bad.
5.5 hours. After about a month, I'd start getting ill though.

Looooooooooool...... yeah i get around 6-7 but im just gonna completely guess and say 5 will be ok.

logic
3 at the absolute least, if on a REGULAR basis-I.e. Monday= 3, Tues= 3, Weds=3 etc.

But my sleeping patterns can go "7 hours, 2 hours, 6 hours" and I can be absolutely fine.
I only get 2-5 hours usually.

Surprisingly I rarely feel languid throughout the day and often have more energy than others I'm around, but would often like to be getting more as I heard it helps in muscle hypertrophy

Well I don't know I guess then 6 is more logical? I could probably survive on 5 hours a day if I had to.

At least 3-4 hours a night.
I usually get 6-8 hours and am FULLY functional.
Well i suppose im surviving with 4-5 hours a night, 6 days a week. Been like that for the most part of the past year

Although I'm not exactly functioning well, and I've no idea how much sleep I need. I really don't recommend it
