You're letting the terrorists succeed with these views.

On 9/11, 2,996 people died.

Yeah, and then started 2 wars lasting over a decade - killing far more of their citizens along the way, made the process of getting into the country for anyone who isn't a citizen tortuous, closed down anything that was the slightest bit at risk and generally made massive changes and impingements onto the way of life.

Europe isn't the only place where the terrorists are being allowed to win.

No, thats just a narrative thats being pushed. Similar to how al qaeda "hate our freefom". The idea that isis are expert social engineers performing sone grand double bluff is ludicrous.

Wait, so are you denying that ISIS want us to hate Muslims?

Because thousands of unvetted migrants are not going to north America/Australia.

But terrorist attacks still take place on American soil. What do you say about terrorist attack abroad? Not within EU,other nations where there are no migrants being accepted. Sometimes it's those who were born and bred in the country that go on to commit these disgusting acts.

I agree with this.

''They hate out freedoms'' is a right wing lie

''They want to divide us'' is a left wing lie

Their objectives are to extract a price for every action the West takes they dislike, it's not social engineering, it's simply an act of war.

No, but it will buy maybe 5 years.

In or out, presumably Britain's policy of supporting attacks on IS would continue and therefore we would remain high on the revenge attack list. The only change would be a loss of involvement in the EU wide sharing of information and policing resources.

The rest is just UKIP wishful thinking.

Wanting protection for yourself and your family is more important than propping up Europe, I didn't ask to be born here.

Fair point...

Original post by Feel Tha Bern
and America responded unlike Europe which is cuck central

... but America's "response" seems to have made things worse - for everybody. I'd rather be a cuck like Sanders than make stuff worse like Bush/Hillary tbf.

Prior to the UK's airstrikes on Syria, Daesh were planning attacks on British soil, don't you dare claim that we are the ones who have stoked this up with our actions, every single British airstrike in Syria was an act of self-defense.

Nope, you're the failure here.

You're hating all of Islam because an extremely tiny, extremist portion of it has committed terrorist attacks.

By the exact same rhetoric, we should hate all of Ireland because of the IRA, we should hate present day Germans because of the Nazis, etc.

Nowhere near the same thing. Islam is an IDEOLOGY.

This is idiocy.

Bombing ISIS militants in Syria has no effect whatsoever on the radicalised British Muslim nationals in the UK. You could argue that they can help plan and co-ordinate terror attacks, but Al-Qaeda who has been reduced in size and has fled into the mountains still co-ordinates attacks.

It's the same rhetoric, which is the hating of an entire group of people because a few of them cause problems. Nothing to do with the fundamentals.

They'll stay in Germany/France/Paris

I'm not. I was just pointing out that leaving the EU won't change it.

My point was that clearly bombing Syria is not what has made this country less safe, given that Islamic State were already planning to strike this nation, before the UK bombed Syria

You don't know that for sure. ISIS have already made it clear they plan to attack London several times

It has had effect.

It limits their funding opportunities. It destroys their resources. It removes the locations that they could train new people.

Radicalised British Muslims can, generally, do nothing unless they're trained and directed - if there is nobody to train them, no resources to train them with, no money to give them arms, then they cannot attack.

That's what these airstrikes have succeeded in doing.

Denying that is just ignorance on your part.
Original post by Frank Underwood
Exactly, you're attacking the entire religion because a tiny tiny tiny handful of Muslims have extremist interpretations of it.

You are the thick-skulled princess here.

You repeated what he just said dude.

He was criticizing the religion and their ideologies.

Not the ones who follow it.
Original post by Farm_Ecology
Yes

Exactly.

And you are incorrect. ISIS want us to hate Islam and they want us to alienate Muslims.
