You make it sound like as though people in Syria, Palestine, and Turkey do not care about terrorist attacks in the US, the UK, Spain, France, Belgium etc. ...which makes me wonder about your reasons for posting the image you did, as well as your own inclinations.

They should care because terrorism murders people, and disrupts society in general. This is something that all humans should be able to identify with, not this "Belgium" you speak of.

The reason why terrorist attacks are rare in the West is because the drivers of such actions have been much reduced in recent centuries: fundamentalist ideologies, poverty, low levels of education, and the feeling of not being represented in society.
