Hmm true, when it comes to dating and relationships nobody really has any "obligation" to do anything.
Although I think if the girl I was dating was sleeping with someone else, although it's totally within her rights, I'd probably want to know about it so I could stop dating her.
Anyway, OP - from what you've described, I don't really see any reason to think she's sleeping with someone else, specifically. There could be any number of other explanations. Why don't you just ask her what she's been up to during the week?
