When I asked at AC, I was told that around 50 interns made it to stage 3, so it seems like making it to that point was the hardest part! And I was also told that they tried to do all the interns in the first week (which I couldn't make) - I was the only intern at my AC!
Congrats on your offer

Thank you I'm very relieved! Just waiting on the pre employment checks now. I'm not sure they only seemed to know about the number of graduates but at my AC there was only one graduate and the rest were interns. So there were either loads of us or they were getting us out of the way first!
Admittedly I don't follow them on facebook, twitter, instagram, snapchat and grindr but the top don at my AC clearly stated next week as being the one in which we find out.

Ha I like that....I just have an image in my head of our results decided through some sort of tinder swipe process. Yeah we were told next week too but that was also for interns and before the backtracking with dates so the only way we can humour ourselves and keep our sanity about not getting results is to talk
About when we might get results....it takes the pain of waiting away for a few seconds
Hi all, new to this forum!
I think the delayed results day may be a precautionary measure somewhat linked with the tax year end being 31st March, (or 5th April for soletraders) I would imagine it's a busy time of year for the HMRC... Perhaps not for HR as such but maybe the relevant 'tax managers' and personnel involved in the selection and location process...
Probably not a significant reason though aha

Yeah it's also validation and 1 to 1 ones so busy for managers also
Did interns have a different timeline to TSP?? Just noticed on the Facebook page that ATSP must have a different timeline
I saw the FB post / responses. Seems ATSP do have their own timescale and contact. I thought we were all supposed to find out around the same time. Bizarre if the interns have a 3 week lead on the rest of us (although am pleased for you all). Was tempted to ask but have given up hope for any news this week tbh. Let's hope we hear something next week :frown:
The Accelerated Tax Specialist Programme (ATSP) is for existing internals with qualifications to join the full TSP without repeating training they have already received, right? I'm waiting for my TSP result :frown: which again must be a different date than for ATSP
I believe so @MattL1993_ but haven't looked into ATSP. The ATSP date is unknown, so possibly a different date to TSP. Good luck. I think they have just confused things this year as some of their FB posts are contradictory, ambiguous and frustrating.
Both of the timelines published on Facebook (for Interns and TSP), state 'Mid/Late March' as the time for assessment centre feedback.

I very much doubt we'll hear anything before Easter now, perhaps next week, but my money is on the w/c the 4th.

We were told that results would be issued during the week of the 28th at our AC so I'm still optimistic

If it's an extra week, it's an extra week
I was at the last AC and we were told in person there that it had been changed to 11th April.

It would be nice if they find themselves in a position to issue them sooner though.
It's going to be something of an anti-climax after results are issued - I'm not sure how I'll spend my time anymore
Ha ha that made me chuckle. Totally agree. It's become a daily ritual checking FB, the CS portal and TSR.
I might have to get a hobby or something!

Well if like me you are not confident about being successful and have nothing else lined up then I'd imagine time will then be spent checking email numerous times a day in hope of a HO/O job offer!
Ha ha. The same and half not looking forward to finding out to see I've been unsuccessful as any hope will have evaporated.

I have been offered an O role and due to start next month thankfully.

Have you been invited to interview for HO role @Rchilton?

Nah I didn't score highly enough on the competancy question unfortunately, don't think I can take another rejection it's so demoralising!

Sorry to read that. Did they give any feedback? Hopefully you won't have another  - this process would cause even the most laid back person to have high blood pressure lol, or its just me.

Yeah they gave feedback but it was pretty limited, just so difficult to demonstrate competancies when there is a word limit! Yeah definately! Next week is going to be torture as I'm kind of hoping they'll not leave it till 11th April.
