I failed my maths paper 2. Does this mean by nursing is over for me? Can I still get a spot through clearing when it opens?

If you dont meet the necessary maths requirements its not something they'll be lenient on so i think you'll need to resit.

I passed my maths in my exams. I mean I failed the testing the college did So i'm wondering can I still get a spot and maybe repeat the testing in August or September?
