Yeah I thought about that, but then they started sending out offers earlier this week so I decided to wait and see. While I would technically free up a space by withdrawing, since they're already done with interviews and are already like halfway through sending offers I doubt they would really give that offer to someone else any more.


I have an offer from Glasgow and Imperial.
Imperial has always been my first choice, but when it comes to costs..
Glasgow would be so much cheaper and I like the uni also.. What do you think we should choose?

Well I was rejected from Glasgow so I don't have to consider it anymore lol

I would have taken Imperial as my firm anyway as I prefer the course much more and also want to move away from home (I live in Glasgow). The costs are awful but I just tell myself that I'll pay back the loans when I'm a doctor who earns £100k a year (well not if Jeremy Hunt has his way but whatever)

Plus you get a free ipad if you go to Imperial:

Nah, I'm afraid there's no offers holder day. You go get Freshers Fortnight rather than it just being a week though and that's rather fun... :tongue:

I was asking about Imperial loool :biggrin: But have fun at Birmingham! I think offer holders days tend to be an outline of the course / tour or the med school etc
