I find it so strange that this is the case The indian community here in Nigeria is so big and there is a lot of inter marriage. So I find it hard to believe.

and in terms of india, as soon as it became an independant republic in the commonwealth, it applied trade sanctions with apartheid south africa before even the UN resolution was passed, and long before the british finally cut off all trade ties with them.

finally the experience of those in the video im sure is to do with north india where majority are fair skiined indians, even white in some cases. india is a massive country far more diverse than youe tiny little world, where people of differnt cultures, languages and beleeifs all co exist in neighbouring states toalling the size of western europe.
you seem to forget india does not have the historical tradition of an african slave trade like the americans europeans and arabs do, so black people havent been living in india for long at all comparatviely alongside your average indian, that may not have even seen an african before. india actually has huge amount of nigerian and west african footballers playing in its eastern zone league, and has done since the 1980s

I have seen many mixed race Tamils, and sadly none of them could speak Tamil....

Another reason is that... traditional Tamil / Hindu culture is completely different from the western..especially when it comes to marriage life. In the eyes of most Tamils... westerners are capable of polygamy, infidelity, fornication etc. In Tamil culture people are expected to be virgins till they get married... and they are expected to remain married forever to a single partner. Also.. western culture is self centric... exact opposite to Tamil . But in the west this isn't the case... People are fine with losing virginity before marriage, and people tend to give so many reasons to divorce or leave a partner .. for another. For an instance... reasons for divorce like... I lost the spark, fell out of love, I am no longer in love...etc are disgusting and ..selfish according to Tamil standards. These are totally different cultures. So that's the major fear of every Tamil family ...when their son/daughter tells them they wanna marry a westerner. In Sri Lanka a marriage is for life...and forever. So a parent will not risk their kid's marriage life with someone from a culture...which is completely against theirs and have a very bad track record of sticking to one partner. Indian families see ..their child getting married to a western person...similar to gambling with their life.... So I see this not as hating non Tamils... but.. being in a defensive mode. 

In my view people who mix have problems, its easy for them to hide behind political correctness but ultimately its nonsense and doesn't apply to the real world and when they have kids they essentially throw them under a bus and hope they deal with it somehow. when they teach mixed kids that race is worthless, so worthless in fact that anyone who does value what they are Must inherently be racist... they immediately trap those kids into looking at people of a particular race who have issues as their parents did...as being "normal". they force their kids to dip into a small pool of broken people. and those mixed kids in turn help perpetrate the idea that the only 'problem' with race mixing would be good old fashioned racism, rather than viewing interracial mixing as a social itself in and of itself.

a lot f the so called letters were stated fabrications by the ruling british during the indian movement for independance- british were experts at spreading flase propaganda and divide and conquer. ganhdi while in south afirca was a lawyer and though initially he wasnt , i latter part his career there he became a civll rights specialis and did lots of work with black - this is why african groups pre anc - and why Mandela held him in such high esteem

noone has claimed india has the perfect tollerant society, but you find people pointing figures here do so to detract from failing so f their own societies - no one has the perfect template for a society

he was a great man, principled and revolutionery for all later geeenrations around the world. but for many indians ( inc me) he was not the man that brokered freedom for india, there were men like Bose that acheived far more than gandhi.
