By GDP yeah, by income inequality UK is better and it very much depends on the state, London is way richer than Detroit. Plus here you get NHS.

Detroit is the worst state in the US. You should compare London to a place like NYC or LA. That's only fair. And the US is a big place so obviously its more likely for there to be income inequality.

Agreed. Still I think in terms of employment prospects and income inequality London would win. Income inequality is based on relative to size so that's not really a valid argument. I don't think there are minimum wage laws and illegal immigration is quite a serious problem in some areas. If you think employment prospects are so good you only have to look at the reasons so many people are supporting Trump or Sanders.

That's the problem with "freedom of speech", it's all cool until someone else voices an different opinion to yours. I think she has the right to say that her American citizenship may have been a "terrible" mistake, it's not them (Fox and Friends) who had to go through the right channels to get it.

As long as she can explain why she thinks her American citizenship maybe a "terrible" mistake and the reason has any logic to it, I don't think anyone has the to right hate on her for no reason.

Has someone said she had no right to say what she said? If so then obviously they are wrong.

But once an actress,an actress!, comes out with something so crass then of course lots of Americans sure going to have their say.

She'd have to be incredibly dumb not to have foreseen that, surely? In fact I don't even understand what the story is here tbh?

She seems to have an appropriate surname for rhyming slang purposes as far as I'm concerned.

Americans are planning to boycott her movies.

What planning will that involve?

Can't they just not go?

I agree that everyone has the right criticize what they want, but they need logical reasoning to do so. I read into some of the articles about this situation and it seems that groups like F and F are just huffing and puffing for no go reason.

If you can find me an article with good reasoning from their side, I'll admit I made a mistake.

No,no,no.

Logical reasoning only serves to make people hate even more!

My God I'm soooooo slow this morning!!*

What an excellent way to get publicity for your new movie that I would never have heard of in a million years.

I think I had heard of Emily Blunt but I had assumed that she was James Blunts alter ego or something.

Now I know she's an actress with quite possibly nice tits and has a movie coming out.

*as I am a lot of the time but I blame Internet porn

Lol did you hear about the first snow white movie with Kristen Stewart, Charlie Theron and Chris Hemsworth?
Its a prequel and sequel to that movie and no I dont think she did it for the publicity. There's enough A listers in it already.

No they don't. They legally have the right to say what they like, regardless of how stupid it may be. Beyond that this whole "right" thing you're talking about is meaningless.
