No payments were found for you?

My application has been approved and last week on the payments bit I could see when payments were scheduled for but now I just went to double check what months the payments were for and all that comes up is 'No payments were found for you'
Should I get in touch with student finance?
I don't want to bother them if its just something that happens to everyone and will solve itself but on the other hand I don't want to leave it alone if its something that needs fixing

Ring them up. It might be something trivial or it might not.
