Views on Tall Girls? Can you relate?

Scroll to see replies

Personally height doesn't factor in attraction for me in the least. I have been known to oscillate between fapping to girls taller than I and achondroplasia porn indiscriminately.
OP dw, I have a friend around your height and she's beautiful and so sexy. She gets sooo many guys flirting with her all the time.

From a biological perspective that is, I think, probably true. From a biological perspective taller girls will be more resource hungry, so they will need more food to birth larger children.

The perfect combination may well be tall guy (e.g. Bashar Al-Assad) and a medium girl (e.g. Asma Al-Assad.)

So compared to that matchup, you are perhaps an inch too tall.

Bashar is very tall indeed, just like his father hafez. I don't want a guy that any taller than say,6'3..

I can't but feel really insecure about my height, being 16 and 5'11/6 foot. I'm not a heavily built, but I just feel gigantic compared to other people my age. Can anyone relate and what are your views on tall girls? x
I knew a girl who was really tall at one point. She was attractive but really really neurotic and infuriating.

I also had a somewhat severe crush on one of my lecturers at uni a few years back. She must be over six foot and was just one of those women a guy can't help but notice. Not "hot" so much as cute and generally attractive and someone you could cuddle.

So no, I don't feel anything negative about tall women. Which is ironic, as I'm engaged to a dwarf.

Yes, it's also adorable for a girl to bury her head in your neck, but you wouldn't want her to be so much shorter that you had to crane your neck in order to kiss properly e.g. standing up

Just one of those things you can't fully explain. Either you get it, or you don't..

Spoiler

I wouldn't be able to do that with you, seeing as we are only a few inches taller but my last two boyfriend were between 6'2 and 6'5 so that was possible, and not going to lie but it felt so good and protective like. I can't really describe it

I honestly don't get it,just legs and what are pins and tush :dontknow:

Of course calories are important, they provide the energy to develop and support a new life. They also, with the help of pregnancy hormones convert to fat on the mothers body which is intended as a crucial backstop if she is ever in a situation where she cannot eat enough for her and her child. Lastly there is a positive correlation between the amount of fat stored on the hips of a pregnant woman and her child's IQ.

The main reason for the advice that is to avoid alcohol is it's damaging effect on the brain and spinal cord of the foetus. Children born of mothers who drink are at risk of mental disabilities and physical deformations, and in the most extreme cases death.

Nononono. Vitamins and minerals provide the energy to develop and support new life. Calories are secondary. Think of calories as lubricants, and vitamins and minerals as the fuel.

Again, you are most likely mistaking correlation for causation. For fat on the hips, that can be broken down into 2 streams of errors:

1) Higher hip fat is also associated with higher copper levels in the muscles, brain and organs. This is generally a bad thing. Nerds have a lot of copper, mostly stored in their brain and muscle. Copper acts as a neurotransmitter for "intellectual" thought, but it also results in mental instability, autism etc. The healthiest baby would be to a mother born to normal hips. He would have an IQ (and EQ) appropriate for his development level.

The "opposite" of copper is zinc. One gets zinc from red meats, and one gets (a LOT! of) copper from chocolate. I'd argue that the nerdification of society over the last several decades is partly attributable to rising chocolate consumption, especially amongst women, who pass their mineral composition on to their unfortunate children.

Eating zinc generally slowly replaces copper from the brain and body. This leads to normalisation of IQ - so the person becomes normally intelligent with a wide breadth of critical faculties, not an insane genius who can only focus on one thing. This behaviour is often mistaken by (corrupt) doctors as ADHD. It is called "Hyperfocus". The lack of medical understanding in this area means that poor boys are sometimes prescribed permanently brain altering amphetamines. Again, more responsible dietary practices by mothers would improve the lot of their children. I find it deeply unsettling that mothers stuff themselves full of unhealthy garbage when they are pregnant.

2) I am not sure how much higher hip fat is related to higher income, but it may well be the case. Thus, it is the greater level of income and better diet that leads to a healthier child, not the hip fat itself.

If you show me the studies you are referencing, or examine them yourself, you could probably find these errors that I mentioned, unless they controlled for them. If they didn't control for them, they were mostly flawed and worth not much as studies.

As for alcohol, yes. But that is caused because alcohol is a diuretic, and drains the mother's body of the minerals and nutrients necessary for normal development of the brain, etc.

Considering women today eat the poor diet that industrialised agriculture produces (food today contains 1/2 to 1/10th of the nutrients it did in the 1930s), it takes years to build up a good level of micronutrients in the body if a woman avoids alcohol. Thus it is unwise for women who intend to have children to drink alcohol at all, at least 5 or 10 years before pregnancy. Unless they plan on eating organic with supplements for at least a few years beforehand, while avoiding alcohol.

This is simply unscientific.

Minerals and vitamins play their different roles. It is calories that literally provide energy. Some vitamins are required in the process that releases energy from calorific food but they are not energy in themselves. You have a fundamental misunderstanding of this vital process. Find the nearest packet of food, grab it and read the nutrition table. It will provide a figure for calories underneath a figure for energy in kilo joules. This is because calories provide energy.

What you have said about copper is nonsense. "Nerd" is not a medical condition! You are getting confused, when you speak of copper and autism with studies done on the mercury consumption of mothers via fish and the link to autism. There is no such thing as the transmission of "intellectual thought". Thoughts are electrical impulses as are all other signals sent in the brain that support life.

No, studies have been done that show that certain Omega fats stored in the fat on a mothers hips has a correlation with IQ. You can google this study yourself.

Copper and Zinc are not opposites. How does that make any sense. Like every other mineral and vitamin the body needs them in certain ratios, this may be where you are getting confused. Chocolate is relatively high in copper, though only dark chocolate and it's not consumed in great enough amounts to have the effects you are talking about on a foetus. Copper is in fact essential for cell division. Again "nerdification" is the most ridiculous term I have ever heard. Are you referring to children on the autistic spectrum? My brother is one and he did not get that way because of dark chocolate.

Again, no. It is not because alcohol is a diuretic. It is because it is toxic. By your reasoning we could load up on vitamin C for our energy and give birth to healthy babies. In fact, an excess of vitamin c cannot be stored in the body, increased acidity in the gut leads to increased gastric mobility which in turn may lead to the 'flushing out' of vitamins and minerals before they are absorbed by the gut. Again, just google alcohol and pregnancy, you are quite wrong here.

Whilst you are correct that the nutrient content of our diets has changed, the timelines you give for avoiding alcohol are baseless. For each nutrient there will be a specific about of time that is needed for your body to store healthy levels of it, and this is only for those which are stored and that we do not need to consume daily such as water soluble vitamins.

You like leggy lasses? :curious:

Squats, tone and a little muscle mass, are good things, crushing watermelons?.. not so sure :erm:

Put yourself through it? Sounds like a bit of a chore to me! Yoga/Pilates are all well and good but aerobic exercise is important too eh

Ok, whatever you say chick, **** this for a game of snakes and ladders. I'm done here :borat:

I'm 5'10 which is the the same height as a few of my guy friends (the others are like 6ft+), taller than the girls I know.
But when I wear heels, I tower over most of them.

Having long legs doesn't give me any particular advantage over my shorter legged female buddies

Pins and tush are legs and bottom.

Men like long legs, as does the media and fashion worlds. It's just a preferred feature. The current trend for a huge arse is, just that- current. I hope it dies very soon.
I think people will really look up to you for it.
I'm only like 5 foot 5, so I don't really like tall girls cause I assume that they won't like me. The tallest girl I've liked was like 5 foot 5 or 6, like the same as me. Another has been like 5 foot 1 or 2, so I think I subconsciously only seek out those who are 'short'.

I love being tall and never having to wear heels, but jfc I feel massive compared to them! They're all 5'4 and size 8s and then there's me ffs man
