Have you used the transpose operation?
What is your reasoning by the current positioning in your Matrix? If you 'cross out' the horizontal and vertical elements adjacent to the position in the matrix of co factors you are trying to find, for instance your m21 point should be the top left element of the matrix before it is transposed, if he's up Zacken will probably explain a lot better than me though

Some of your cofactors are wrong. For example your M13M_{13} should be M11M_{11}.
You also appear yo have used the transpose operation incorrectly, though I'm not clear on what it is you have done.
The operation swaps rows and columns, so MijM_{ij} becomes MjiM_{ji} after transposing, in your case this is for i,j∈{1,2,3}i,j \in \{1,2,3\}.
