S2 confidence intervals Grrr

Hi hi hi

Can somebody help me with Q1 part b ii on the mei spec paper June 06.

I tried to attach and add the paper but tsr kept failing on me.

I don't understand where √60 comes from in the answer..?

since we do not know the population standard deviation we have to use an unbiased estimate...

I have no idea what you've done. But apparently there is a formula for it. Googled it put the numbers in and Voila! It's that
x(bar)±z(SD/√n)
