I'd quite like a girl to be fairly close to my height, but I agree I don't think I could do much more than an inch because once she puts heels on I'd be tiny next to her.



Well I'm 5'10.

If I dated a 6' woman she would be about 6'3 in heels. :tongue:

No shame in admitting I would feel ridiculous. Nothing to do with being insecure.

Because as a population in general for biological reasons women are shorter than men.

1) Men are taller than women on average by quite a lot
2) Women prefer men who are tall
3) Men don't usually want to be with women who are taller (or stronger) than them.

Personally, I would find it weird if my wife was taller than me. A man should be tall and strong.

Yeah. I mean I doubt you're going to grow too much more. And generally I say under 5'8 for a male in the UK is short.

dw though bud, at least you're not 5'4 like me :P
It's actually very simple. Average young woman here is barely 5'5". Average young man is 5'10". When you combine that with the fact that most men prefer a woman shorter than them and most women a man taller than them, you get the situation in the title of the thread.
