Will SAAS fund my undergraduate university course?

I am looking to apply to the open university to study business management over four years- two years part time and two years full time.
The Tuition fees are really expensive and I'm not sure if I can manage to cover all of the cost. I am wondering if SAAS would help me cover funding costs even if I'm full time and I am employed part time?
